+1 attack every time this mon KOs an opponent. The effect will not be triggered if this mon was not on the field from when the opponent's health was at 100% to when the opponent's health was 0%.

Same with speed boost.

Now you have to completely KO a mon, from max HP to 0, with the moxie/speed boost mon to get the stat up. If the opponent switches in a crippled mon or you switch in on a crippled mon to KO it from partial health, no boost.

I think even at +2 speed, Torkoal doesn't outspeed base 100s.

That's really telling when something like Shell Smash without any downsides Torkoal is still not going to be useful.

Like if it's skill swapped Oblivious or something.

Using Soak on a steel type and then poisoning it, then having it use conversion or something to change back into steel type will keep it poisoned, so it's the same thing, except Oblivious heals attraction if you suddenly obtain it.

Besides, Normalize thunder wave still paralyzes a ground/ghost type.
You can't boast that with Serene Grace Body Slam or even a regular thunder wave.
