So i've been playing Pokemon white 2 on Desmume and my rom worked fine for my entire first playthrough but then i wanted to play a new game with a different starter and i deleted my save (because i like to be able to save in-game and not having to rely on save states all the time) but now the game lags really badly.

Is there a way to fix this?

Also im aware that im dumb as fuck
