Butterfree can take Compound Eyes for perfect 97.5% accuracy Sleep Powder for easy set up, or Tinted Lens so that it can run Substitute/Sleep Powder/Quiver Dance/Bug Buzz, and not really care about only having one attacking move. It's the most reliable at getting a chance to sweep on its own.
Mothim also has Tinted lens, and has higher Special Attack plus access to Air Slash, but doesn't learn Sleep Powder. It's the best at sweeping on its own if it gets the chance to set up.
Masquerain isn't as powerful as Mothim, or as fast as Butterfree, so it probably won't get a sweep going, but it does have Intimidate, Roost, and Baton Pass, so it can pass Quiver Dances for a teammate to do damage with.
Beautifly doesn't have any way it shines over the other options. Venomoth blows them all out of the water, but is in a higher tier, so the others have reason to be used in the lower ones.
