Eh. Not really that big of a deal to me. I've restarted games that have had loads of Pokemon or a rare Pokemon for the sake of using different Pokemon on the journey.

I mean, if I'm able to trade Pokemon off the cart then I'll do so. If I can't, I'll probably restart anyway.

Bunch of tards who don't know how to use Pokemon Centers. It gets worse whe they go all WHYYYY DID YOU DIE WHY I LOVED YOU and then NOT taking them to a Pokemon center.

I once watched one stream where a guy was doing a nuzlocke, was fighting a wild pokemon and it killed his Pokemon. He restarted the game from an earlier save file because he didn't want to lose that Pokemon.

Yeah, if only there was a way ingame for people to heal fainted Pokemon lost in battle. If only we didn't have to restart shit which... you get the idea.

People that like arguing about how 'good' a pokemon is based on it's appearance, you know "I would never use xxxxx because it's ugly as fuck" etc etc. I'm all for people using pokemon they like, but part of the fun is trying out new pokemon with new movepools, abilities and stats. It just seems like they could be missing out on something they learn to like.

Pic related, didn't like Zangoose until I decided to give her a shot. She became one of my favourites.

Also people who are like "this entire game is shit, all of these pokemon are shit, the maps are shit the gyms are shit blahlahblah". I'm sure you can find some things you like.

Zangoose is pretty bad-ass for a Normal type. I'm usually not a fan of them, but I've had a Zangoose in every game since Gen III.

Come on man. Most of us had to endure being called names and sometimes getting beat up after school either because we liked a "baby kid show" or because they wanted to steal or Pokemon cards. And we stood by it for years. You can't just now jump onto the "ironic hipster" bandwagon and expect to be loved or treated special because you enjoy something too. If you're new to it, just admit it and we'll introduce you to things and trade, but dont fucking stand there and tell me how youre a fan of Pokemon and LOL SO NURDY and how you played the original R/B when youre in reality playing it on an emulator that you just got last month and some reason see this as a style/look instead of a fun game/interest.
