Also, Hiro hasn't done shit that should get him fired or thrown in jail. He and the other guy from the website got info from w/e source. The other guy leaked the dex and shit which got him canned, Hiro was smart and just made "fan art". That's right, just drawings that had no official seals or anything. No one say that those were stolen official art, it was simply fan-art that you could believe or not.
That's what he's doing now, just saying shit people could have guessed and Nintendo has been hinting at for some time now without showing official proof or art. He hasn't given out any Pokemon names that we don't know of nor has he given out dex numbers or some shit.
Nintendo likely allows this because they like the viral marketing and attention they can get from this shit without blowing the fun of taking about it.
