I think it should be fire/psychic because it was stated to have mystic powers and in the anime it looked like it could be a psychic type also

Because he's a dragon in everything except the typing.

I see him as another gyarados who just got a second type slapped on him just so he's weaker and not OP.

Charizard should be fire/dragon and gyara should e water/dragon.
