skinit.com, another that I found and will probably order from is
skinflips.co.uk (because it's kinda cheaper). On both, you can select your device and then upload whatever image you want to be made into a skin. It probably won't look as nice as these because they're not transparent or stencil-like, but imho, the latter isn't very durable because it takes little to dislodge the individual parts of the sticker and then you'll end up with an incomplete drawing. Sorry I can't be of more help.
