We didn't see Bill and Cassidy at all in Unova, this is the first time in the history of the anime that they haven't made an appearance all region long.

Who wants to bet that they'll be back while Ash & Co are traveling through the islands or whatever the shit it is they're doing now? (Aren't they in Kanto again or something? If so, there's no reason NOT to see Biff and Cassidy again)
