Pokemon give live birth, the egg is a pokemon that evolves into the pokemon which "hatches" from it.

It would depend on which ones are warm blooded and cold blooded.

How do Ghost Pokemon lay eggs if they supposedly don't have reproduction parts?

There is. In-game information confirms humans are not Pokemon.

However, in the japanese versions it says humans used to marry with Pokemon. The verdict is still up on humans being able to breed with Pokemon
