All his evo needs is a new form of pure power that affects both attack stats (Psychic > Psycho cut/Zen headbutt) and slightly increased speed to perhaps 80 or 85.
His movepool is already fucking fantastic. (HJK, Drain punch, Acupressure, Calm mind, Baton pass, Psychic, Elemental punches, Bullet punch just off the top of my head.) Though, I suppose Mach punch/Vacuume wave might be nice.
