Maybe you are not made for Nuzlockes if you have that kind of reactions.
I tried to do one, I cheated, and then concluded it wasn't made for me.

Also, is it bad that I first thought SR meant Stealth Rock?

I once got really mad about a death, I turned of my DS right then. I could probably have won that fight if I didn't reset, but I still felt like I cheated so I started my nuzlocke over.

As for OP: either start over or reset until you have a modest one again. Of course you could continue, but I would feel bad if I did that.

But i've really go far
i had my claw fossil in the first route, and then i made him anorith in the museum before the second badge
i'm now at Driftveil city...
it's just a nature isn't it?...

Start over.
The whole point of the Nuzlocke is to bond with the Pokemon you catch, no matter how weak or shitty they may be.
Natures, stats--they're not as important as determination.
Start over.
You haven't learned your lesson yet.

I have an Adamant Cyndaquil in my HeartGold run. I'm still going through my run with it because that's the point of a Nuzlocke. Also because Typhlosion has a kickass Physical Moveset and it'll come in handy when I finish the run and transfer it to White
