Conway is both the greatest minor character introduced in the Pokemon anime and the one that most well represents /vp/ as a whole.

He adheres to set plans and move sets in battle, like a smogonfag, yet uses the pokemon he likes and has a connection with, like a karenfag.

He lusts after a pokegirl who will never reciprocate his advances. He's still a pretty decent fellow however despite his creepy habits, like most of /vp/.

He's destined to never have a major impact in the grand scheme of things, but is fondly remembered and liked despite this.
