An 80 power Physical move off 130 base attack would bring anything up. Especially something slow like Flareon.

It 2KOs a Salamence switching in (using only the fire extremespeed, not even needing to switch moves) and still learns superpower to OHKO stuff like Tyrannitar. You're not really safe unless you're running flash fire, and even then you're risking them predicting that and using superpower (which would do a bunch of damage to Scizor even if it stayed in)

No seriously, that's the only explanation for something with 660 BST and no hindering ability lingering at BL, and something with seven fucking hundred BST being low OU.

Some physical Ice moves, some coverage moves both in the physical and special areas, and Ice resisting Fairy, and cue Black Kyurem being better than Zekrom, and Kyurem being a threat and maybe even an Uber.

Make Glaciate, Freeze Shock and Freeze Flare better attacks while we are at it.

Nah, them being Ice-typed Blue Flare/Bolt Strike copies would work.

Glaciate being aroung 90 Base Power, and thus an alternative to Ice Beam and comparable with the Fusion Moves, would be neat as well (and Speed drops on the switch in would be quite dready).

Game Freak loves their electric rats too much to let anything else have their signature move.
