title says it all. I dropped the anime somewhere around 3rd series, I think. Pic related, I remember ash VS drake was quite a battle. I'd like to watch more without going through the entire anime. Any tips? video links are welcome too

All of Sinnoh's major battles are good (Gym Leaders, Ash vs. Paul)
Most of the gym battles in Unova are good, though the only good league battle is Ash vs. Stephan

I concur with the above. DP was the apex of battles. The Battle Frontier is good, too. I'm confused what you mean by "3rd series". If you mean Johto, where in Johto? If it wasn't all the way to the end, then I think you should see the League for that, or at least Ash vs. Gary.

It was a shame that Ash didn't beat Tyson and his Meowth...

I honestly thought Ash had the skill to make it into Top 4 in the Hoenn League.

Granted, my wish was fulfilled with Sinnoh where he made it to Top 4, but if he had gotten Top 4 in Hoenn, maybe Ash could have been the League Runner Up for Sinnoh?

Just watched Ash vs Tobias.
Never seen it before.
Raged hard.
We give Ash a lot of shit but he was clearly the superior trainer.
If we were running the league, Tobias would have been banned for using Ubers in what is clearly an OU tournament at best.

I had a friend who just got back into the anime and had never seen this episode. He laughed his ass off when TR tried to kidnap Dragonite and Drake nonchalantly said "Are you serious? Dragonite. Hyper Beam" and just blasted them off. I didn't think another Dragonite would come close to Drake's until Iris's came onto the scene.

I think Charizard Articuno is considered good fight too?

But Infernape (Chimchar counts as well) are the best
