No one wants to say Hoenn confirmed? I thought for sure I wouldve seen at least 2-3 threads on this over the weekend

Over a year in advance, and said event is now irrelevant as they're giving out Mewtwo again with its hidden Ability Unnerve, two new moves, and the potential to unlock the new form in XY.

Dunno, never paid attention to any of this stuff before recently. Kinda excited, since I wasnt into pokemon when RSE were new... Now I can get Deoxys legitimately. (Not that it matters all that much, but still.

That makes no sense, for one thing. Giving away one Pokemon that has always been event only means no remakes at all?
For another, if there is going to be a Hoenn remake, it probably won't be confirmed until after XY are released.

All jokes aside we haven't even gotten X & Y yet. Hinting at remakes would only damage the sales of X & Y.
"I'll give this one a miss and buy Pokémon R & S when they come out instead as it will be an improvement and should be sooner than your usual third game based on these hints"

Why would they have included the Regi's in BW2?

Rayquaza, Kyogre, Groudon/Jirachi event in HGSS?

It's because they aren't making a remake of Gen III any time soon.

They cashed in on the Gen I/Gen II remakes to reel in the genwunners. Because back in the day, genwunners suddenly stopped playing after Gen II. Didn't gen 3 have the worst sales? It was by far the least popluar Gen, imo.

I believe traveling to Hoenn after obtaining the 8 badges in the new region would be an even better idea, and more plausible because it would satisfy everyone.

I LOVE GEN III! I'm just trying to be as realistic as possible.

Do I think you'll be able to travel to Hoenn in X and Y? No.

Do I think Gen VI will have a Hoenn remake after X and Y release? Definitely not.

Would I like these things to happen? Absolutely!

It only had the worst sales because the GBA wasn't extremely popular. It was the best selling game on the system, though.

I would love that, but for some reason I feel like GF has given up on the returning to an old region idea.

Not impossible, didn't Masuda say something on Twitter a while ago that implied they were considering it?

I don't mind that at all.
I just finally want a legit Deoxys.

I'm pretty sure the only way to ever having obtained one in my country was by attending one of the super gay Pokémon days a few years ago.
