The earliest memory I ever had was going to a zoo in the petting/feeding area. Happily eating a Dairy Milk in my buggy/pram/whatever and some bitch ass Peacock comes up and steals it from me a runs off with it.

I wasn't taking that shit so I somehow managed to unbuckle myself and chase after it.

Point is I fucking hate Peacocks.

Back to the pokemon, how about a snake that doesn't completely suck?

I want a rabbit and wolf pair, like Durant and Heatmor, and like Zangoose and Seviper.

A Dark/Fighting wolf and a Ghost/Normal rabbit with a moon influence (because Japanese mythology associates the moon with a rabbit)

The wolf would basically be a fast Scrafty with a glass jaw, and the rabbit would be a Prankster para-hax trickster similar to a Sableye
