What you need to do is take whatever part of you wants the short-term benefits for long-term pain, the part of you that demands convenience instead of character, the part of you that tells you what you want to do now instead of what you want in life - take that part and defeat it. You need to plan your life and improve yourself so that anything is possible for you. You must be a man of strong will and bravery, not laziness and reluctance.
They have a word for that. It's called discipline. And only when you're disciplined can you be a truly accomplished individual.
