Octillery's attacking stats aren't the best ever but they're far from being bad. It's got the strongest Water Spout in the game, with the obvious exception of Kyogre. Its real problem is due to the fact that it's fairly squishy and pretty slow.

Octillery is a beast, he just has shit speed and 75 hp/defence/Sdefence, an otherwise Slow glass canonon, give em some speed boosts and BAM, he fucks you over

I was going to post something about how most Ghost moves are Special so that's why.

mfw I checked bulbapedia and there are only 9 attacking Ghost moves, 5 are physical and 4 are special.

So 4 physical 4 special that are usable by most ghost pokemon
Golurks got more Attack than even Giratina, and he still lingers in NU.
Even with Earthquake STAB, too.

Alright, so Breloom, Ferrothorn, Victreebel, Abomasnow, Torterra, Sceptile, Sawsbuck, Sceptile, Leafeon, Leavanny, Virizion, Cacturne, Tangrowth, and Shiftry are the only grass types who can learn physical grass moves. It must suck to be one of the other physical grass types who can't learn any physical grass move.
