Really though it's not that much work, catch a box full of dittos you should have pretty much every nature you'd want so that's one egg, and as long as you've gone to the battle towers and shit you should have plenty of points to have all of the power items to transfer at least one IV over, it takes less than a day, sure the pokemon aren't "perfect" but still without cheating and completely able to stand a chance against cheaters.

i've been trying to get a snivy with at least 27 or so in each IV. I've hatched 400 fucking snivy's and still i only get just barely 'outstanding' now and then with only a couple max stats.

like half of them get special attack as their strongest attribute as well for some stupid reason.
