I have to disagree entirely.

Starmie can easily OHKO excadrill with Hydro Pump, without life orb. Even the bulky rapid spin version of excadrill.

Not to mention Starmie threatens way more stuff then exacdrill. Also it's faster with a better move pool.

Sorry analytic boost was selected on my damage calc, but starmie is almost always packing life orb. Which definitely OHKO's, while excadrill sits and does nothing.

We're comparing Starmie versus Excadrill. Excadrill is the more threatening sweeper. Besides Smogon doesn't do complex bans.
