I dont think theres anything wrong with it but I only have 2 pockets, don't use the back ones. One is for wallet, one is for phone. I can fit a few other small items in there, but not a DS. Phone emulation definitely wins for spontaneous use, because I sure as hell don't carry my DS everywhere.

Guys, I emulate Red and Gold on my phone. I have a 3DS XL and a case so the thing is massive so I don't bring it everywhere I go. My phone is always in my pocket, so when I'm going to work and am on the bus/SkyTrain it just passes the time.

I don't EV train or take those games seriously since they're only being emulated, just a time waster on my phone like Angry Birds for most people.

No, seriously, I just can't do it. The emulators are usually pretty shitty with slowdown and other problems. Depending on the emulator and the phone's screen, you might get incorrect aspect ratio/resolution problems making shit blurry. And as for controls, it's either really small & stiff buttons that were made to last in heavy use, or some dumb touch screen buttons that give no feedback, and depending on their placement may get in the way of the game screen.

It just sucks all the fun out of playing and I can't help it.

Not him, but I've tried emulators on my android phone (about $170) and my iPod Touch (4th Gen)
Both were pretty fucking unplayable. Playing anything that wasnt turn based was fucking impossible, and playing things that were turn based was just fucking irritating.
