So, /vp/, I never really cared for Pokemon, I just
started playing Pokemon Red anyway, It is meh,
but people say that gen 1 isn't the best anyway.

Seems like you're at the very start of the game, haven't caught anything except your starter and are already saying the game is meh. I mean you're right, but you really should reserve judgement until you've actually played more of it. Or possibly try Fire Red/Leaf Green, they're remakes of gen 1 so you're still playing what everyone else played first, but it doesn't have all the retarded bugs and the actual game technicalities are a lot better.

It's true man, Charizard is so overpowered that Smogon banned it to NU (neverused, a tier with pokemon nobody is allowed to use). It should have no problem against gym leaders such as Brock and Roxanne.

dude I had the hardest time beating brock, it took me HOURS to finally beat him, I trained my caterpie up hoping for something, got a butterfree and slayed brock with confusion, I literally shouted in the place I was in, best moment ever
