No, why not just play Gold or HeartGold instead?

Anyway, you need to patch the .IPS file you download to your FireRed ROM (.GBA) using a programme called Lunar IPS. If you can't work out how to use LIPS you probably shouldn't be on this board.

Because I'm a cheap cunt who doesn't want to buy HeartGold, can't run a HG rom at a decent speed, and I don't care for Gold's outdated graphics. Not saying it's a bad game, I just like the eye candy as well. And, that sounds like too much dicking around. Maybe I'll just save up for HeartGold...

I take back what I said. I'm a cheap AND LAZY cunt. I was hoping for a simple download and play, I'm not that eager for it. I'll keep this info in mind for down the road if I do want to play though.
