I've been top 20 in Ubers, had multiple peaks at 1 in OU, top 50 in UU, top 50 in RU, top 50 in NU, top 20 in LC and finished top 50 in that 2012 Spring Friendly VGC thing.

Machamp -> Conkeldurr because of reasons.
Dusclops feels a little redundant together with Cofagrigus, kills momentum and you arguably have a slight overkill of TR setter anyway.
Try this for now:
Dusclops -> Bronzong (TR, Explosion, filler, filler).
Alternatively you could give Cresselia a try (TR, Lunar Dance, filler, filler). It's all anti-meta and stuff. Not entirely sure how well it would fit into your team though.
Scizor -> any scarfer (consider Salamence, or any good scarfer with 108 or more base Speed)
Also run HP Fire over Shadow Ball on Reuniclus. You're a little too weak to Scizor imo. Actually you might even want to consider HP Fire on whatever you use over Dusclops.
