Wouldn't even be possible since the only way to get an extreme speed linoone is from pokemon box. I hope he just gets it as a move tutor thing some day.
Jirachi is already amazing with serence grace, but he could probably make just as much if not more use out of download then Genesect does.

Wonder Guard on Cresselia. Its defenses are already ridiculous, now imagine trying to take it down without Toxic. (CB Tyranitar doesn't OHKO it if you spec its defenses right) Just max out its physical defense and use Calm Mind. It's basically Reuniclus on super-roids.
