Aha, in that case you should do away with regular pokéballs and keep ones like what I suggested. In that case pokéballs wouldnt be much use unless used in certain situations.
Resulting in it being harder to catch pokémon, to go into your harder hack.

Combining the ideas.

There's a night club in the game and the bouncer won't let you in if you don't own the iBall.
Bonus idea: Save a pokeball slot and make the iBall a regular item. Makes it even more useless.

No idea what it'd be called, but it has an increasing success rate depending on the opposing Pokemon being a higher level (ex: +10 levels = 1.5x, +20 = 2x, etc.)
