changes to the pokemon universe:
1. Gardevoire is a female only evolution, and Gallade now happens automatically for males only
2. Bellossom and Vilepume now evolve during night/day
3. No more fucking prevolutions, instead in their place are evolutions for single staged pokemon that deserve it. i don't need to see a baby smeargle, i want an evolution for stunfisk that makes it badass
3. only one or three legendaries per game. there are more dragon types in total than legendaries.
4. rename steel type metal type, it's just fucking stupid to name it after a single element.
5. more alternate evolutions for pokemon other than eevee
6. different ways to evolve your pokemon. not just trading or stones, but something a bit more creative like Tyrouge's manner of evolving
7. make an updated pokemon pinball playable in a game corner in X/Y
8. make ash actually age in the anime, so by the end of the series he becomes a professor and gives some new youngster pokemon, making the entire show come full circle
9. make bouffalant an evolution for tarous
