Mike and his team were still aboard that space station, having just gotten out of an intense fight against a presumably-brainwashed Victini. Now that that had been taken care of, his team needed medical attention, and to figure out how they were going to stop a bunch of hijacked satellites from simply blasting most of Japan into a series of smoking craters. Their luck was preforming fairly poorly, Weil wasn't a technology master for nothing... there had to be more than one way of stopping it... So far their progress told them that for now only two satellite were activated, that left at least two others still unused...

The two squad members that had had Rotom had been left in the last Control room, leaving the group here sorely lacking in a way to stop this new one.
