I didn't say it was a bad game, did I? I just didn't want to buy it because it offered very little that was appealing to me. I could care less about the story and I own an AR so there was pretty much nothing about BW2 that interested me enough to pay $35 for it. I rarely buy the '3rd versions' anyway since they're not even expansion packs, just the same exact game with very, very minor differences.
>>12233739What does that have to do with anything? No, I don't think that and I don't see how that's comparable to an event arbitrarily not being compatible with half the games available right now. Pretty sure every Gen. IV event was compatible with every game.
This was the first event that was BW2 only IIRC, every other event has been for both games and it makes little sense to arbitrarily exclude the first games now, right before X/Y are set to be released.
