So, how does this team work? Smeargle has Shadow Force, that much I get. But how does Assist always select that move? Isn't it supposed to be random?

Shadow Force is the ONLY usable attack move in the entire team that Assist can pick. Assist isn't an attack move which lets Liepard use it with +1 priority with Prankster. With Lagging Tail on Liepard it makes it move last without priority giving it 2 turns of invulnerability and then another 2 right after it with the added priority of Prankster.

I've found that it's either an auto-win, or you lose. Some teams carry Dark-types and have a shit ton of recovery moves.

But other times it's sweet, rage-quit.

All the steels immune to t-spikes are are at least Nrutral to chip damage from toxicroak's drain punch, and nearly every levitater or flying enemy is hit hard by ice punch (OHKOs Dnite after rocks)

Generally I trap really pesky things like latios with specially defensive scizor. All out attacker latias can clean up against everything croak + scizor can't handle.

I've used it to extreme success, having more than 10 wins per every loss and am approaching the 1850 benchmark.
