I've never been into plushies, but my gf is (and has a badass collection). She knew Dragonite was my pokebro, so she bought me one at some animu convention she went to.
I'm not sure if it's a bootleg or not, but it has the Pokemon Best Wishes tag on it. Copyrighted by Nintendo, Gamefreak, and Pokemon.
