>>12243782I don't think Black 2 should be free. I think that someone may not miss the features added to black 2, and therefore may not value them at 40 dollars. As soon as a feature appears that they DO value (a distro), and gamefreak arbitrarily excludes that demographic when it costs gamefreak nothing, then there is justification for dissatisfaction, and it is not rational to call them poor for not wanting to pay 40 dollars for the distro, the only feature they cared about.
That said, I own deoxys, so I'm not personally butthurt by that specific practice. I was just calling out trolls for screaming "poorfag" and if some other rational person said something along the lines of "maybe they don't want to spend 40 dollars on black 2, that doesn't mean they are poor" instead of everyone ganging up on me because I didn't immediately give black 2 my highest praises as a full fledged sequel, then I would have shut up long ago.
