Your pic is shit. See all the other translations, it says fairy/nymph in all of them. Of course this doesn't confirm it, but going from nymph to light type is a bit too much.

However, I agree that "light" may end up being the localization.

Could Slyveon not be a normal type? Just because eevee is already normal doesnt mean that eevee cant have a normal type eeveelution to put up there with all of its elemental counterparts.

I hope the male slyveon is blue with a neck tie
