Rival's gender is chosen based on player's.
The rival is always the same gender,
Same for champion but they are the opposite gender to the player.
We haven't had a female main villain in a while, so that would be nice.
Twin professors, male and female.

As much as I would like a female antagonist, I can't imagine GF not making her shitty. She will probably burst into tears when you defeat her in the end, saying that she was foolish for doing what she did and promising to become a good housewife.

I just can't see them making a strong female antagonist. If they make a female antagonist, they will most likely try to paint her as "not evil, just misunderstood/misguided," and I'd rather have a memorable and passionate villain.

I kind of want a female antagonist. It hasn't really happened before. Bianca was only a secondary rival, and May, if you count her, was terrible.

Champion will be a guy. I'm sure they'll shoehorn in a cameo for Iris or Cynthia, though.

I'd also kind of like to see a female Evil Team leader since it also hasn't happened yet.

Don't care what they do for a professor. I guess another young female so it leads to more porn.
