Emulator Help!!

So I have an emulator for my android phone, supposedly there is a way to trade, even with an emulator, but any article I find either wants a credit card or requires a masters in computer coding to decipher. Anyone got any knowledge on this? Am I wasting my time? If not is there an average intelligence version?

I have never tried trading with android emulators, but probably what could work is if the emulator has game link support (which I really doubt) In the worst case, if you are just trying to evolve certain mons you can use a cheat code (which most emulators on android have)

A much more complicated process would be to send the SAV file to your computer and do whatever you need and send it back to your phone after you are done.

Also, there are several rom hacks of pretty much every game where you can get all the Pokemon in there without trading and shit like that.

Cool, but what about Pokemon that aren't in certain versions, I.E Gold and Silver, I've burned myself out on just repetitively beating the story line and have never captured all of them, I can't do that without being able to trade between gold and silver roms... right?

correct, but as I said, if you want to get certain Pokémon the best you can try is a cheat code (wild pokemon modifier) Most gameboy emulators should have it (I know gbc.emu has it)
Or as I also said, you can get a rom hack, there is one called Crystal All where you can get the 251 available, but I know it would suck to restart, I'll just go with the cheat codes, just look em as "pokemon gold gameshark codes" They should be pretty easy to find.

That's the crystal one.
I'm not sure for names of Ruby/fire red etc hacks, but I'm pretty sure there are.

Just remembered, that hack is very unforgiving at the beginning. you will find nice stuff like eevee's but also insanely leveled charizards, like level 70. Use save states to get out of that first part. I think the difficulty is a little bit higher, but it makes the game a lot more fun.
