Speed Boost got Blaziken banned, it's a good ability
Unburden is better, Limber just sucks
Damp came a generation too late. Explosion and Selfdestruct got nerfed, so no one uses them anymore. Since the other two get speed boosting abilities, Swampert should have gotten Swift Swim. It'd also fit with Swampert's dex entry.

I agree with the rest though, sceptile should have had intimidate or harvest.

Swampert should have had toxic heal or hydration, even if its broken

I don't see Sceptile with either of those abilities you listed. Swampert could get Hydration, but Poison Heal just doesn't make sense at all.

Speed Boost Blaziken is such a shit idea. Doesn't even make sense flavor-wise and it's broken. I can understand Ninjask and Sharpedo (even Carvanha is a stretch) but fuck Speed Boost.

Gen 4's were pretty great.
Empoleon was a resistive special attacking monster
