Is the customisation JUST having 3 alt's of the default protag? I really want customisable hair and eyes etc.

Same here. I hope what they showed are just presets and after you select one you go to a menu to further customize. But I'm pessimistic because you'd think they'd just show that if it was there.

We don't know for sure yet. All three of those looks had the glasses on the hat, but the trailer shows that the glasses are separate from the main model. So we probably can customize things a little more than what it shown.
