Well this rules out a lot, but leaves Fire, Rock, and Steel

Well Rock and Steel are out and Fire is probably out too

so this leaves us with two possibilities
A. A new type is Coming
or
B. types have Been so re-balanced it really doesn't matter what type it is, because you will have to relearn all 17 any way
