Real fast /vp/, which starter should I choose in a unchanged Heart Gold, also help me plan my team. So My choices are Umbreon, Jolteon and Glaceon. I kinda want a sloking and a milktank. What say you? Pic unrelated

If you're looking for a challenge, go for Chikorita. Want normal mode, go for Totodile. Easy mode, Cyndaquil. Otherwise, go for your favourite.

You're obviously new to /vp/, so here's a tip: this is a pretty slow board, especially when compared to /v/. Don't expect instant replies, and don't bump yourself if you don't get a response within a couple of minutes. Because that's a good way of annoying people, and make them even less likely to help you.

In that case, if you want a hard and fast hitter, go Jolteon. Umbreon's a good wall in-game. Glaceon's only an option if you like it, since it's so bad compared to other special attackers.

Unless you like grinding, I recommend keeping to a three or four poke team. Exp. is hard to come by pre-E4, so reducing the size of your team and sticking to guys you get earlier can really cut down on grinding.

As for eeveeloutions? I'd say Umbreon or Espeon. I haven't used either of them though. I've only used Jolteon
