Rain team, i heard you can't use Drizzle+Swiftswim so i guess I don't need politoed (which I like beacuse i dont really like him anyway) Any of my swiftswimmers have pretty good second abilities so whats better, drizzle or swiftswim?

Whimsicott with Prankster, hurricane, and all sorts of status moves, he can quick attack sleep/paralysis/etc so I think something really cool could come of that

I know he sucks, but I heard that you can get a free substitute every turn if you have all of his heels up, I figure if I can lock that down and just toxic and leech people he can tank while i widdle them down

What do you guys think??
