The only way to get a hit in on Genesect would be a priority move. Thankfully, ESpeed has +2 Priority, and after a Shift Gear, he's outrolling other ESpeed users.
Not necessarily OP or broken, but makes him much better than his "Choice Scarf and U-Turn" gimmick in Ubers currently.
