Also, make it so the spinning isn't blocked by Ghosts.

It's fine that they don't damage, but it makes no sense that the opposing Pokemon has to take damage in order for you spin away hazards that are on your side of the field.

Like I once said in a previous thread:

Keep stealth rock they way it is except it does 12,5% damage to every Pokemon regardless of type, only for non-grounded Pokemon(flying type, levitate, etc) it does 25 % damage.

Problem solved.

Stealth Rocks isn't the problem, it's the fact that Rapid Spin is only available to like 5 feasible Pokemon. Increasing the distribution, or introducing a better alternative in Gen 6.
