I mean, I'm no angel - I'm loving the Fairyfags vs Flyingfags shit that goes down daily on /vp/, it's just our way of occupying the time and bringing some spice to the speculation. When you have a strong opinion and you meet someone else with a strong opinion you disagree with, it could easily turn into a really boring debate, but with Hiro's antics or smash bringing fightfags into the equation it's like the fun never stops. I don't approve of derailing other threads with it though, I would like people to be able to ignore/avoid it if it annoys them.
But genuinely I love hearing even the slightest rumor, as a Pokemon fan there is always going to be small stuff you notice in the games and it's exciting when a vague rumor seems to connect something that seemingly only you noticed.
It's all good in the end. As long as people keep it to one thread and don't ruin /vp/ for people who don't care about it.
I love the Pokemon fandom for all the good and bad it brings. There's not a single piece of information that doesn't have an impact on the fans somewhere. From fanartists to genwunners.
