I can understand that for the original gameboy games, but from the GBA games onward, I see absolutely no reason why there wouldn't be enough space for multiple save files. Hell, even the gamecube games only allowed one save and if you wanted more, you had to use another memory card - even if there was plenty of space left on the first one.

I'm so sick of this complaint, if you think that a pokemon game should have multiple saves your an idiot.

The whole point of the game is that this is YOU, this is YOUR adventure,

multiple saves would make it way to easy to abuse self-trades, etc

multiple saves would REALLY hurt the overall pokemon experiance

Either don't allow trading between save slots on the same game or stop caring. It's not like there aren't a plethora of other ways to cheat in pokemon.

I tried playing on an emulator. Just wasn't the same.

Also I tried Platinum on an emulator and it looked terrible due to having the pixels "blown up." Is it possible to upscale the 3D graphics, just like you can on dolphin?

GF should just add a 'replay' file after you beat the game. It could let you replay the game in a separate save slot with no trade capabilities, so you could always just go through with a fresh experience while maintaining your original game file.
