i know you can use the universal randomizer tool to remove trade evolutions but i dont know if somebody has taken the time to remove version exclusives in FR or LG without making it their own "SUPER EDGY POKEMON xXSHADOWBLACKXx" version

no i still play every gen, but mew isnt obtainable through normal gameplay so i didnt say 151 in my post

Try this. Best I could find, and I'm not so sure it works. The closest thing I might have to this is a FR hack with all 386 gen 3 pokes, but I'm not sure you want that. Nor if it works.

just download a pokemon editor, you don't have to know the first thing about hacking to use it, and you can edit evolution methods and shit from there
