There are so many possibilities with goats.
rock, ground, steel, ice, of course fire/dark satan goat, even an electic type with lighting rod horns would have been better than grass.
Why grass? Because goats eat grass?

It's a matter of fact, not opinion, that Water is a good type. It's super effective against plenty of types, and has nice resistances and is only weak to two types. Dark, on the other hand... well, that's more up to personal opinion.

that may be so, but for all five gens, only a few of them really were worth keeping. All the others attacked like styrofoam and took damage like glass. The aforementioned types do have greater weakness risks but can be taught moves to use against those types, have decent defense, stellar ATK/SP ATK (Steel having amazing DEF...) so...yea, water is only useful, imo, to Surf.
