At the risk of sounding overdesigned, I wish Chespin had a little more texture to the back of his head. Makes the whole 'chestnut' aesthetic seem more like a hoody/clothing rather than an actual thing.

It'd be nice if they could have incorporated all the necessary information needed to be displayed on the bottom screen, such as level, HP bar and moves, whilst leaving the top screen empty during battles.

That's because the UI was designed with controllers in mind. Same with Witcher 2's UI. Though that games UI was a little less shitty with m+kb.

Witcher 2's UI was easy to handle compared to Skyrim's though.

And even with controller, the way how the menus are handled in Skyrim was terrible.

B/W had the same problem, the sprites for opposing pokemon looked so pixellated compared to your own pokemon.
