Mike and his team had just made it past what was presumably the final defense on board a satellite orbiting high above the planet. They had a matter of minutes to stop its firing sequence, or else most of Japan and the east coast of America were toast. They'd been told to go on ahead while others kept the last defenses busy; if those guys failed, they'd have to fight their way back out once they were done inside. Fortunately Mike had sent them backup; too bad it'd take a moment to get there.

The bulk of the Flygon beneath her felt tense and strained. His wing beats had been systematically slowing for the past 10 minutes or so, and it was apparent this journey had started to take it's toll on the poor 'mon. She gave a quick stretch then plopped down on the jagged surface, giving her own strained legs a rest. "Need to report in, ASAP, but a quick break couldn't hurt..."

The young woman took a moment to take in her surroundings. "Hmm. I think I'm near Cinnabar... wasn't there a..." A myriad of images flashed through her head of the strange man in the straw hat. Sasha raised up to her feet and brushed off her yellow sun dress. She would have to go back to her uniform soon, which gave her a slight pang of regret, but she remembered why she had become a rocket in the first place, and it seemed a small sacrifice in the end.

She resummoned the massive dragonfly, who looked as though the short rest had done him some good. The creature nuzzled her before she plopped back between it's wings. "Should only be about 15 more minutes."

It seemed as though only seconds passed, however, between the time she had uttered those words and the touchdown on top of the team rocket headquarters launch pad. She breathed another sigh, and entered the keycode to the rooftop door. "Guess it's finally time to get back to work."

She opened the familiar door into a familiar hallway, making her way down to her dorm, hoping that it hadn't been occupied in her absence.

Burns ducked and weaved his standard blacks warm for the heat of the day and and all the more so from his action. Sasha beemed slightly at the sight of Celadon fast approaching. Suddenly, she felt a vibration in her purse. Likely her PokeNav, though she thought it was odd, since reception from Hoenn would be quite weak here, and this signal seemed quite strong.

She slapped herself in the head when she suddenly remembered. She had sent a signal to headquarters around Orange Island for landing permission. This must be the return call.

"Hello, Grunt Sasha Stone reporting in on my return from Hoenn." She shot up strait in the saddle, he face taking on as serious a tone as she could. "Requesting permission to land and access to re-integration papers and any updated training regiments." The words just spilled nervously out of her mouth. She felt slightly embarrassed about it honestly.

Koffing winced abit as the ball struck him in his stupid, grinning face, but as the red light engulfed him, the floating purple pokemon was sucked into the ball.

After several attempts to break free, Koffing finally gave in, becoming tame. As soon as the light of the pokeball faded, the poison type burst from the ball, under Sasha's owner ship, but proceeded to float in a single spot, staring at something no one else could see, which in turn, made him grin.
