Well, I've had more success in Rotation. Mostly due to luck and competitor errors, though.

I prefer straight-up one-on-one battle relying on your bros and crushing your enemies.

Totally down for battles.
I'm personally a fan of Rotation battles because /mindgames/ but all forms of battles are fun stuff. I prefer No Tier matches among friends but still read Smogon's analyses.

They breed, trade, trade mystery eggs to people that want to do ME runs, battle on PS, autism, battles on their legit copy of the games, give leftovers from their breeding projects, etc.

As for the WFG person, ignore him. They give out free pokemon but rarely battle, the entire point of trading and breeding is to battle and these autists seems to forget that

doubles adds some interesting opportunities for strategies. I went up against some guy who had a mew and tauros lead. And it was worked out so that mew goes first, uses frost breath, that ice move that always crits, on the tauros, who has anger point and jumps to +6 attack. It also does enough damage to bring him down to salac berry range.

Then I've had a setup, audino and omastar, audino goes first with simple beam on omastar, who then shell smashes with a white herb.
