What? The rest of his movepool is pretty solid, but his best physical grass move is Seed Bomb. Give him Leaf Blade and he has the best physical grass stab in the game, pretty much. as long as you play him with an Adamant nature

It's legal. You just can't breed for it cuz' for some bullshit reason it doesn't learn superpower via tutor. It's only a dream world move.

I've got one in my forest that I haven't caught yet cuz' I don't feel like going through the hell of soft-resetting for decent Nature/IVs.

Leaf Blade wouldn't make physical Simisage a god. If that were the case he would already be good with Seed bomb. He's not.

It gets Nasty Plot, just make it a special attacker with Energy Ball, Focus Blast and Substitute or some HP and call it a day.

I kinda wish all the eeveelutions had better movepools. Aside from Vaporeon and maybe Espeon, the best most of them get is one decent STAB move and shadow ball.

When it comes to non-grass moves, Lilligant probably has one of the worst (the only special moves it can learn are Dream Eater, Round, Hyper Beam and Hidden Power). Although I guess you don't need much other choice when you can rape everything with Quiver Dance and Petal Dance.
